Yea, RE has turnt mainstream and has really dropped in quality. Don't think I'd buy anything from RE that was built after 05-06.

ya i meant to answer you. i think its for a single 12, and i didnt even thing of it till u mentioned it. but i did ask my guy and he said thats the case and its being built to what 2 12s would be.

so i assume its 2@33 each side or whatever

ya i plan on it. im gonna get pics of it all. we'll see how it turns out. regardless, im done with the place whether it was built nicely or not. itsj ust because of all the bs thats ridiculous. and since i ordered my stuff online, which i was always really sceptical of doing, theres no need to even go to this place

alrighty so its time for a wondeful update here. i talked to the guy who said originally, the box was done they just needed my sub to cut out the holes and it would be done today because installers have off wed. on friday, kenwood is coming with there game bus and having a contest, so the shops closed, and saturday installers r off, as well as sunday the shops closed.

So i called him today and he said it would be dont by close tonight, well it wasnt. so i told him i needed the sub because my dad had a box and i wanted it for the weekend since i know monday is the earliest the box would be done. so i go out there, pick up my sub, and leave. get home and open the box. the box is all broken, the styrofoam is shattered(not that it takes any force at all to do that, but still), the sub was wired, and saw power. They must have put the sub in a box that was just cut because there was dust all over the cone. Needless to say, my sub is ok, for now, will i hook it up and check it out. so i texted him and asked him how my sub sounded, and got no reply. how this place has been in business for 19 years, after this experience, ill never know. so now i need a box, and am willing to pay if its actually going to be done right, and in a timely fashion

Any idiot could cut a speaker hole. It doesn't take a professional installer to do this. And what is up with the 'installers' only working 4 days a week? The place is clearly a joke.

^ idk, i was planning on just payin for half of the box, and doing the cutouts, because originally he said it was done, it just needed the cutouts, so i was gonna pay half because of the fact i waited, got shit talked, and had to do the rest. but then found out today all that was done was it was glued, no ports, no terminals, no sub cutouts, so i got my sub and left.

idk whatsup with that, i said the same thing. they wonder why there always backed up 2 weeks, its because installers work half of the week. from 10-4 which is even more ridiculous

yeah, luckily it didnt cost me anything, and my subs ok. i just wont go back. not that it matters to them, but still, i drop a pretty decent amount of money there.
