LOC or DSP

I brought my 2017 Toyota Tacoma TRD PRo truck to three car audio shops for quotes to upgrade my audio system while keeping the factory head unit. Interestingly, I received several variations on the install. Now I'm confused.

1st shop wants to run the high level outputs from factory radio to a multi channel amp.

2nd shop wants to run the high level outputs from factory radio to an AudioControl LC7i -LOC, to a five channel amp.

3rd shop wants to run the high level outputs from factory radio to a JL Fix 86 - DSP, to a five channel amp.

Price isn't an issue. What's the best way to go?

Thanks,

3rd shop is the most legit. The other two are cr@p solutions.
