loc and sound quality improvement?

I have a BMW 330i with a JL amp (300/4) right now with inputs in High pass mode. Would having a LOC like cleansweep improve sound quality.

Yes, it will improve sound quality.

The amp is made for high level inputs. It basically has a LOC built into it. The area where a CleanSweep might help is by removing any hardwired EQing that is in the signal from the factory system.
