The time has come for a new build and I will be doing some QC on some new high output drivers for Thilo at TC Sounds/Audiopulse. Accepting offers on both the tc5200 18's and LMS Ultra 18's.

I will get some closer pictures of the two sets of woofers up tonight so everyone can see the exact cosmetic condition of them. Never sell on the forums but quite a few of you know me or have met me in person.

Will these be able to be reconed or if I destroy them am I S.O.L. ??

Do you know of any other lms 18s? I would buy them on the spot but I would need 4 and I would need assurance that I could repair them.

Thilo will still be dominating the recone market with the top assembly design. He would be able to provide support on the driver right now on anything but the cone. Since crossfire also got the baskets that whole situation is pending as well. I did ask him on the phone if he is still able to get all the original parts for the tc/audiopulse drivers and he did confirm that he can so I am not doubting him.

He can no longer use the ti baskets in 15 or 18 sizes. if he does he is in for a world of hurt. FI/Crossfire own the patent for that now, and i guarantee you if thilo tries using that basket he WILL be stopped.

No, TC Sounds went bankrupt, started up again under the audiopulse name, and is now attempting to make a go of it again, with a.. ah... less than 100% success rate.

Not an accurate statement at all, I have discussed the name with him and he is still undecided as to which name he is going to stay with. As for the success rate, you can't make that statement until he has made an attempt to penetrate the market again. He is still getting all the proper tooling he needs right now....do you think he has the time to market his stuff yet? tc sound subs are *** to the ears..i was priviledge to hear 1 of 2 only ever made tc lms5400 12's and let me tell u....i still have dreams about it and its been 3yrs already since i heard it

Turned out that had happened in shipping back. I reviewed some pictures and everything was clean upon removal. Just a misunderstanding I had when everything was relocated. In the new location the Op amps still continued to act up, turned out to be some kinda of RF or EM field issue. Def. nothing I have ever seen before. No problems in my wagon with the same amps.
