Sold LMS Ultra 18's/TC5200 18's For Sale

The time has come for a new build and I will be doing some QC on some new high output drivers for Thilo at TC Sounds/Audiopulse. Accepting offers on both the tc5200 18's and LMS Ultra 18's.

I will get some closer pictures of the two sets of woofers up tonight so everyone can see the exact cosmetic condition of them. Never sell on the forums but quite a few of you know me or have met me in person.

4-4.5 cubic feet will allow that driver to really shine around 43hz if you have at least 6-10 square inches of port per cubic foot.

plus im looking for my SQ so if i did do a ported box it would be high 20's low 30's

the ULTIMATE woofers. I heard the "beast" Thilo built: A cab with 2 18" and 4 18" P Radiators. insane!
if I could sell my house I would live in these somehow. someone please buy! Zeus?

Oh mike by the way it's Justin i know messed up username but i made it a long time ago when i didn't know sh*t bout audio. Come on guy's someone pick these up i heard his setup that he had in his eclipse in person and it wasn't just loud & hit low sounded real clean doing it these are awesome woofers guy's.

I understand

things are still getting rolling right now with his new location from what I have discussed with him. The last part order he received was axis and 5200 parts mostly. Still no cones but he did tell me he can still get them. Should be soon, parts express has just given him the go on another order of woofers he will have to get the old parts for (still wondering what he is going to do about the basket situation I will ask him)

Don't know if this helps you at all but when I set the sw9152s up in the eclipse for daily with a vr4000D at 4 ohms (2000watts rms nominal at that imped. before rise) the vehicle could burp over 148 legal on 30hz with less then 30 square inches of port area and tuned to 25hz (driver fs is 23hz)

Enclosure was a 9 cubic foot common chamber with 4 3" psp ports (not flared as good an a standard aero port). Seeing the output of this woofer at such low frequencies makes me think of how insane they would be a in T Line.

was not sick on the mic but ripped your head off in the car with the windows down.

god do I miss that setup...

Really?? thats pretty loud at such a low frequency, Now what i'm looking to achieve is more SQ and Lower end extension than my Q, I'm not all that concerned about how loud it gets but I know it will when I want it too. Hopefully with 900 watts and sealed I should get better low end and good SQ. Have you ever heard it sealed?

if your looking for sq and good lows do a tapped horn. you can get a flat response from 20-80 with efficiency up to 115db/w. but if your looking for mega sq id do a 1/2 wave box you lose some output but from what i have heard on the 1/2 wave boxes they really shine.
