Little help! box for 13w6v2 box with only 1.4 cf.

So I have someone building me a custom box but where I want it, the volume is only 1.4. JL states the box should be 1.625 cu. ft.

So is this a big deal? Should I just use a product like Poly-Fil?

Just looking for some feedback before I pull the trigger on this design.

should be ok, it will just affect the tuning and have a different sound, obviously

Do you think Poly-Fil would help any? Never tried this stuff before...

I have never tried it myself but I have read that it would help by increasing space?

Like I said I could b totally wrong, I am just going by what I have learned by reading
