Cool cars, but the people at those shows are complete douches.
We have meets around here where the majority is classic/muscle cars and newer American performance cars (Mustangs, Transams, Camaros, etc with some performance mods). If you show up with ANYTHING else they all look down on you and think you're some kind of idiot.

I was at a show one time and saw some kids I knew. They hadnt heard my 6 Treo 15s at that time and wanted to. So I cranked it up and was bassin away when everyone runs up yelling and cursing at me.

Basically I told them to **** my balls as noone had a permit for the show and I had just as much of a right to be there as they did.

Although I disagree with the rest of galactic's post, I will agree on a good portion of people there being douchebags. I've stopped by a couple shows and spied some very slick Bel-Airs. I find the owner and compliment his/her car and they are usually like "yep". No thanks, no inkling to discuss their car and what work has been done to it. They just seem to like the fact their car is ogled.

However, those are some sexy cars.

Every Saturday in the summer there's a car show in a parking lot 5 min from my house...I'll snap some pics next time they have one.
