Lithium and agm

I have an agm upfront and will ne putting a lithium in the truck. Will mixing them be issues? Also does limitless lithium come fully charged when bought new?

Batteries of different types will work against each other because they want to rest at different voltage.  That means the weaker battery will pull the stronger battery down.  All batteries should be measured and charged when purchased.
