I need to get a rather inexpensive amp (

Soundstorm Force F700.2 (****How good are this brand's amps?)

Crunch Power Zone P2250

Lanzar Vibe 245

Those are the only three that are definite choices. They are all 2-channels since I couldn't really find a mono that would get me up to 250RMS. If anyone knows of other amps that could get me to 250X2 RMS or 250X1 RMS at 2 ohms, let me know.

//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/confused.gif.e820e0216602db4765798ac39d28caa9.gif I don't know much about powering subs, so you'll have to help me on this one. I was always told that you need to have an amp that runs at the same RMS as your subs. Since my Infinity subs are 250 each, shouldn't I get an amp that runs 250? I know that the subs can handle up to 1000 watts, but that it isn't recommended to run subs at a rate higher than the RMS for extended periods of time.

So if I have the JBL 600.1, which runs at 600 x 1 RMS at 2 ohms, wouldn't that ruin my subs over the long run since the JBL's RMS is over twice the RMS of the subs? Shouldn't I stick with an amp that supplies 250? Someone let me know.

You said you had 2 subs. 600 x 1 is 300 x 2 once you wire them together. Sorry if I caused any confusion. If you only had 1 sub I would say get the 300.1. You don't have to worry about overpowering those subs by 50w, they'll take it. And if you want to you can turn the gains down a bit on the amp to be safe.

I would go with a sealed under the seat box. Perserves your space, and I'm sure you can get the sound you want.... Good luck.

This sums up my experience buying used. People who take care of their stuff don't need/want to replace it. Chicken vs egg, really.

Additinally, no need to reference "max" anything as those specs are useless. Most of know how to look at specs for a given speaker, amp, HU, etc...
