Oh wait your in Canada lol strike that I'll do 10 plus shipping

It definitely depends on what vehicle it is. Both of mine had pretty basic head units, so I swapped them out. My friend's BMW has great processing and factory amped speakers. He just used an LOC to add a sub stage.

Hey, I am just about to get my first semi new vehicle, so obviously the dash looks nice new and clean!, so I don't no wether I should just put in a new aftermarket deck or just install a line out converter that can be hidden? Looking for people's opinions! Thanks!
What's the car

jbl ms8, the best solution for most 2013 and up cars with a nice dash that has a lot of features. It has a built in amp too, and is miles better than most aftermarket head units on the market.

I have a 2011 sonata. I you tubed the dash dismantle, straight forward but I know that doesn't mean the wiring is the same lol. Also it will be just for subs not speakers if that makes a difference.

So the lc2i would be much better then the Navone Engineering Inc. » N-RHL2 2 Channel, 50 Watt per channel, Line Output Converter

Posted above? I've seen the lc2i before it's kinda chunky to hide behind th3 deck and it had the adjustments that I would wanna be able to access? Bit of an eye sore no? Haha also, I just read it's 400w r ms but I'm going much bigger then that, does that matter? I'll be somewhere between 1200 and 2500 w depending how I wire my subs

Switching to an Aftermarket head unit would depend on if your factory stereo has Bluetooth or not or if you have a factory amplifier. I have the AudiControl LC7i hooked up to my factory head unit which has Bluetooth and Navigation, so I wouldn't benefit from upgrading my factory head unit. Also, I have a factory amplifier and the Bluetooth and Bluetooth Speaker, chimes and door buzzers all go through the factory amplifier, so my LC7i is installed from my factory amplifier back so I don't disrupt any of the factory bells and whistles. A good LOC will perform well as long as it's installed correctly.
