Lights still dim

Im running a 4 gauge power and ground to my amp, I have a battery putting out 675 cca, the battery is grounded to my frame (would putting the ground to my engine block help? I was told not to upgrade my big 3 since im only running 4 guage. I have a 1 farad cap also. Whould i buy a yellow top and see how it goes from there? Thanks in advance!

Do the big 3, i dont understand why they would say not to. then get rid of the Cap its doing nothing just getting charged waste, then get a kinetik 1400. And that might solve the problem but how many watts u running with wat equiptment? that would help

i agree with mike, scrap the cap, get you a decent under the hook battery, maybe a redtop, do your big three, and if thats not enough, get you an additional batt for the back.

clean up your connections to the battery, chassis, removing oxidation, dirt, etc. apply conductive grease.

add a cap killer kinetik 600 or 800

big 3 with 1/0 gauge wires and extra battery.....scrap the cap
