Well, I think I might start another regular workout routine. I'd like to get in shape and tone up before heading out to campus in late August.

That being said, I've got time to kill after work and I'd rather do something constructive instead of babysitting the forums every night.
I was thinking about bench, curls, shoulder shrugs, and miscellaneous ab workouts. I'd rather not have to run, lol. I don't think I'll be doing any squat or deadlift. Just upper-body and core.
Any good ab workouts or tips on foods to eat? I have a jar of peanut butter at work and always have a jug of milk in the fridge there too. Any other high-protien foods you guys would suggest to keep at work that don't require a lot of prep? Don't have time during the day to really prepare a meal
