LF help with tuning my amp

[Sunnyx 10+ year member]

Hello was wondering if any one can give me advice on how to set my amp up correctly with my sub. My set up is

(sub pictured is of Txx-ap15 not the txx-apx15 but all the specs are the same)

this is my first system and I lack knowledge on how to set the amp correctly, so im not sure if i should do it my self or pay $10 for one of the local car audio stores to do it for me=P Either way any help would be appreciated!
