EXCELLENT!!! Thank you so much. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/veryhappy.gif.fec4fed33b4a1279cf10bdd45a039dae.giffind a box that is 12x12x12.tape off the holes in the area you want to find out the volume and fill the crater with packing peanuts.
then after you have it filled with packing peanuts take them and put them into the box. if you fill the box once you have roughly 1cu. dump the box somewhere and grab the remaining peanuts in the crater and put them in the box, if it fill up again that's 2cu and so forth. w/e amount of peanuts that you put in the box that doesn't fill it up try to level it. then mark a line in the box as to where the level of peanuts stops. then dump the peanuts and measure how much was in there. lets say it was 4 inches high in the box. now you calc how much air space is in a 12x12x4 box..
this is a method used in calculating air space in fiberglass enclosures.. hope it helps and good luck
