Lets discuss headlight bulbs.

So I picked up a whole headlight kit to hook my headlights straight from my battery and use the stock socket to use as the headlight switch.

Instead of 12v my bulbs are getting 14.4 volts now.

What is a good brand of bulb to get 6000k out of other than PIAA.

Rightnow I'm running Silverstar Ultras and they are shitty... nice and white, but I'm looking for a little more bluish (6-8000k).

Anyone running anything like that? Lemme know.

I had nokya 7000k super blue bulbs in my lights and they were blue as hell. A lil too blue for me.

Only problem i couldn't see when it rained and the 120watts fired my sockets hehe.

Thats all it is. I am took lazy to make my own. cost 20$. Plus Its nicely wrapped and clean.

dont the stock headlights run at 14 volts anyway?

Good point. They should be running at w/e the alternator puts out.

I dunno, I just went strait to the HID kit for my swift, cost more money but I have never regreted it.

agree and you can find nice HID on ebay for 120-150 with 1 year warranty on everything.

If I go HID i'd want projectors so I dont blind people.

not just the bulb,

and the headlight system is 12v. ever see on a bulb package what the ratings are.

with this harness hit with relays you get 14.4 straight to the lights. its better than stock wiring.
