anyone know of any in the southside of chicago/northwestern indiana area? there's an audio shop here by my house but idk if they repair amps or not.

old school mtx roadthunder, idk honestly what happened to it, but when you plug up the postive/negative/remote in everythings fine, plug in just the positive of one speaker into the amp and it makes the speaker pop like its grounding out to the speaker or something. i took the board out and looked at it and i didn't see any burn marks, i'm about to look again because that was a couple months ago, i'd like to get this amp functional and see if it really puts out the power it says it does(600 watts rms x 1 at 4 ohms)

i'd like to see how it'd perform with 2 kicker cvr 12's on it, one per channel, if its good enough, i might just put it all in my brothers truck, sell my pa amp, and get some better subwoofers/amp

a guy from work gave it to me for free because he didn't wanna spend the money to get the lil sucker fixed, i'm willing to spend a hundred or so to get this sucker pumpin again just to use it. it'd be perfect in my brothers dakota being he doesn't have much room under his seat for an amp....

sergey is good. I have dealt with them in the past, and i dont knwo tieir hours, bntu they seem to be open all the time.

that cant be right tho...
