I don't know what you can legally do.. but if they are on your property, and braking into your property, then no judge in court will feel bad for the guy if you give him a good beating. Just don't overdo shit and I don't think you'll be in trouble. That's what I'd do anyways. By the law? I dont know?

He is stealing YOUR stuff that YOU bought with YOUR money that YOU worked for.

wrong wrong wrong....you cannot beat the F out of them....oddly enough pending on what state you are in...it is better to shoot someoene and kill them then to hit them and wait for police to show up.......just shoot him and make up whatever story you want...but be sure he is on YOUR property.
