ok, well we never work out just 1 body part for over an hour. like last night, we did back for like an hour, then biceps for a little bit to get them even better. or well do like shoulders for an hour, then tris for 30min. is that too much?//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/laugh.gif.48439b2acf2cfca21620f01e7f77d1e4.gif dont hate. creatine + whey doesn't equal steriods lol.
from what i've read, anything over 1 hour is OVERKILL. it only takes me about 30-45 mins to get a really nice work out per body part. plus you need to make a decision, either cut or bulk, you can't do both, it defies the laws of physics. one pound = 3500 calories, how are you supposed to eat less and gain more? cant be done.
i didnt, really mean true cutting. i would still eat a good amouunt, just almost completely cut out fat, and bad carbs. but ive since said fvck that, im just gonna wait till after my cycle to cut. now im just shoving as much crap in my stomach as possible...good food of course, no McD's, lol
