i have been in contact with the dealership over the past nine months, and i am tired of his bull shit

Well, which is it? Does the title belong to someone else, or does the car simply not have a title for some reason?

sometimes the car dealerships get scammed on trade in thinking they were getting the title and somehow records are lost...from the previous owners...this happens quite often...I'm sure when they sold the car they thought they could get you a title...if they are offering a refund or exchange vehicle of equal value...go ahead and get that and be happy...nothing legally that you can get out of it...unless they don't give you a refund....
