lcd mounting question

Ive got a 7" screen and i want to mount it on a gooseneck type bracket so that i can fold the screen under the console when not in use.

only problem is cannot find anything close to what im looking for any ideas where i could find this style mount or perhaps how i could engineer one in my garage?
