Entertainment/Nav LCD screen not working

Hi all,

The central entertainment screen in my 2009 Touareg (v6 TDI) stopped working yesterday. When I start the car I see the loading screen for 2 seconds then it goes dark. Same thing if I press the on/off button.
I was wondering if there is any reboot procedure for the entertainment system? I could find one only for the 2nd gen.
