Nothing special here.....very simple sealed box for 3 10"....customer can chime in if he likes. I don't have a router or table saw, just a circular saw and a jig saw, so i got to get the cuts as close as i can get them. Anyways, i just have to cut the holes tomorrow after work.....btw, this one gets no carpet, maybe laminate front or possibly painted by the customer.

im going to assume you have an edge guide. my free hand cuts are no where near that good.

looks good.
i just use 2 clamps and a piece of MDF to make my circular saw cuts. They were extremely close this time but i did run a palm sander down the edges to clean up the glue runs.

cool glad i can help return the bass...this is gonna sound great with those ID's
i hope so. ID's matched with my jbl crown bpx1100.1 . my girlfriend has 3 type r's on only about 600 watts and i like that. anxious to see what mine will sound like!

Looks very good. No problem cutting straight with a circular saw, just takes a lot longer...
thats one of the main reasons i had someone else do this for me. just didnt trust my saw abilities. i know mine wouldnt end up straight!
