head out for the navy June 7th, 2006.
thats in 2 days. on tuesday night ill be staying in the Holiday Inn on electronics blvd, ill be there before 10 PM. the next day im heading to MEPS (federal building in the city of syracuse) most likely very eairly in the morning (maybe 4:30 or 5) then a lot of processing will take place, a small ceremony will take place with my parents and grandparents, they will put me on a bus to the airport, and then a plane to chicago, IL. from there we will take a bus north to Geat Lakes, IL where the bootcamp facility is. that will last at minimum of 8 weeks (unless i screw up and get knocked back a week for failing some tests) then there might be a small lapse, and im on a plane to pensicola flordia for my A school wich will be much like college with a mandatory "bust your ***" gym class every day. that will last a minium of 26 weeks (again, unless i fail to complete..pass tests), and we will have vacation time (most likely about 2 weeks) durring the christmas season, where i will have leave at home.
