the independance is 4 ohms. and lanzar sells cheap on ebay. but ive heard of them before just not shure if they are dependable. if its a peice of shit i wont get it. but im looking for somthin to power my type-r's for as cheap as possible but i dont want crap. if you know anything that would match them feel free to help me out. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

they will sound good but i would recommend giving them a bit more power i gave mine about 800rms and it sounded great

The lanzar optidrive 4000's and 6000's are great amps for the dollar per watt perspective. I have a team mate running one of the 6000's and he loves it. Puts up good numbers too.

if your looking for cheap deceant amps look to hifonics autotek and such. lanzar is ok if it is a optidrive

That 500x2 is a horse of an a/b amp, but If I were you I'd save a little stress on your charging system and go class D. The Lanzar Opti1400D would be about ideal for a pair of dvc4 type R's. If you've got the money the 2000D would drive them to their limits.

HF makes a good affordable class D line too. The bxi1206d and bxi1606d would both work well.

get the htg2600d it does around 1400 rms at one ohm. Soundstream board.
