I'd say it's a solid 200w-300w x 2 @ 2ohm amp...

Pay NO attention to what the sticker on the amp says. How i figure out the "real world power" is take the simple fuse amperage multiplied by voltage then I assume probably 75% of that, just to be safe. that appears to have a pair of 30A fuses...?

60(amps) x 14(volts) X .75 = 630~ watts RMS

I run Power Acoustik amps right now. I was big into AQ, DD, DC, SD, etc... had to do a REALLY low budget setup this time so I went with a CPT1-5500D, Should get me a solid 2Kw RMS @ 1ohm. not horrible for $200 but the "5500 watt" sticker on it sure annoys me! LOL

Point being, overrated amps are OK to purchase as long as you know what you are getting. If someone bought the CPT1-5500D expecting 3500 rms, well they are stupid but they would also probably be upset. I have seen a few of the "5500's" checked and all were putting pout a clean 2200~ @ 1ohm. so, I spent the $200 knowing I was getting a clean 2Kw, therefore I am happy with it.

The opti line is a quality Korean built amp but everything else is flea market garbage.
This. Really IMO you're typically better off buying an honestly rated amp than one that is rated 10X more than it would do if it were hit by lightning.

Well I was going to redo my system. Context: put this together my senior year of high school for less than $200

Wanted to replace 600w Sony Xplode, 2 500w 10" Duals and Sony Xplode speakers, not sure what they are, have the manual somewhere.

I was looking around and just saw they had that amp for cheap so I figured I could spend a few hundred to redo the system. Honestly, not sure what to look for. I got about 3-4 hundred bucks to spend though.

Getting a good voltage reading does not mean good power transfer. You could read 13.8v out of a 24 AWG wire. Recheck your amplifier's ground and...

No need to bypass the amp. Most use an LOC that takes the full amped signal and turns it into a flat RCA level signal. Here is the newest I have...

It would also be easy to add an equalizer to have individual rca inputs for all of the channels. A decent one can be had for less than $40...
