Lancer ES 2008 help needed with install?

Im doing an install for my friend, ive never really worked with line output converters and things like that, he wants to keep the factory nav in it so thats what were gonna need, first off what is the best one for the money and a would work the best, we are gonna be running 1 amp and then hes eventually gonna install the 4 ch when he gets speakers. The first amp for the sub which is a w7 is a kx750.1, and the 4 ch is a JBL bp something. Secondly i havent seen his car yet but i saw a few people on here with them, if you know the dimesions i could use for a box or what i can fit through the trunk that would be really helpful. Id greatly appreciate any help

Ive got evetrything else under control except what is the best way u would run the power wire in that car to the back, any easy ways through the firewall or is underneath the best option?
