i would upgrade the alternator just cause those cars stock with all of the accessories on almost puts the alt at full load so i would suggest apgrading too the 100 amp alternator if possible leave the cap out of the equation if at all possible but if you still have dimming @ moderate volumes only then i would add a cap to flatten the voltage out a little good luck

really just get the alt rebuilt to 80-100 amps sheesh
