I just bought a Alpine CDE-SXM145BT but it does not have a dedicated subwoofer output like my current head unit has which means I have a lack of preamp outputs. Does anyone have a good solution? 200$ or less please.

If it helps, I am running a 4 channel amp to power my Type R 6x9s in the front and Type R 5.25 in the back and a mono for my two 12s.

lol although that's a better looking head unit... I would rather stick with my current head unit //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

Simplest/cheapest is to split the front RCAs with a Y adapter and send them to the mono amp (as long as amp has a LP filter - most do).

What amps are you running front and back? I may be able to give you some other (better?) suggestions.

I would rather not split them since you lose a bit of volume/voltage right?

How about something like this or maybe even something better in the same price range? Maybe with a line driver built in?

I have a clarion 400w 4 channel amp (I think that's the correct wattage but I have forgotten and it's a PITA to take anything out from behind my seat so that's not an option) and a soundstream 1500w amp.

I think this is the amp I have http://www.amazon.com/Clarion-XR2410-Watt-Channel-Amplifier/dp/B0032FOJIY

Sure, if you can afford it, those will work great for you. Seems a little overkill seeing as you went so cheap on the HU - if you had spent that extra $250 on the HU you could've gotten all the outputs you needed plus a slew of other features. You could also drop in something like an Audiotek 7007 EQ for $70. Autotek 7007 (at-7007) 4-Band Equalizer / 9-Volt Line-Driver /

Bump.. Really need this ordered within the next 3 hours.
DO a little research at crutchfield.com or sonicelectronix.com - you can filter on head unit features. You can enter your vehicle type at metraonline.com and search for dash kits for your vehicle. Yes - you can get the single DIN kit and put an EQ in the extra din pocket - but would probably have to do some creative work to make it look clean.
