L7 owners box question

in the owners manual it say for a ported enclosure for the 15l7 ..

4.5cu ft + port;

3.0x 16.25" port, 14.75"long

power handling= 1000w

im kinda confused on exactly how to make this box.. if some one would please explain it would be appreciated.

those are just general boxes...you can make them anyway, and tune to anything you want...

isnt the street bass box tuned at like 35? (recomended box by kicker)
