I re-did the grounds, I have 4 gauge wire for the ground and power. The avalanche already has 4 gauge wire for the big 3 except for the alternator to the battery, which I replaced with 1/0 gauge. I guess I will be saving up for an alternator, the avalanche is a summer vehicle only so I have some time. Any recommendations on cheap HO alternators? How many amps should I need, would a 200 amp be enough?
