I bought 2 thinkin I was gonna run 2 on one sub or run 2 subs(not enough airspace).........lol

These things are strong.

Not needed.

Much stronger then first thought.

I running one now and wont need this one so its new in box got it last week.

It a refurb(05 model) perfect conditon,still in plastic.

Kicker anl fuse holder

300 amp fuse

Im running my other one at 1 ohm daily.

And know of a lot of others on here doing so also.

But the power is listed at 2 ohms.

do u need to do anything for it to run at 1 ohm? like mod it in some way by opening it up or something? has it gone into protect while you're running at 1?

No sir doesnt even get hot.

Typer and others say at .5 they do but mine hasnt it is by far the best amp Ive ever had.

you can run it daily down to .7 and .5 for burps. Read up on typeRbass' test bad *** amp he used a zx series but the kx and the zx have the same boards. I was thinking of buying this but Ihave no use for it:crap:

Mine would occasionally go into protect... for like half a second @1ohm daily on cold coils... like right when you get in the car and fire it up.

This is tempting, b/c then I'd have all matching KX amps... but I'll stick with my new ZX.
