what are these comparable too, i heard a cupple 15s a while back but really cant remember how loud it was lol. like are they mainly spl woofers? sql? the price tag is only like 130 and some change for a 15 isn't bad at all.

i've looked on parts express n cant find them, n i looked up an old thread for the link and looked at it and the **** price jumped up 50 bucks

They are supposed to be a pretty bad ass SPL sub from what I know. A store around me sells them as their top of the line sub. Very good quality store at least...they said theyve taken a few mecca trophies home with the armAgeddons

The Kove armagedons are good woofers. I have had the most expensive one in a walled off protege5. They were the 2 Kove armagedone u-2 series subs, powered by 2 mtx 1501d amps. Was doing 160.2 on rockford and audiocontrol mics. Never had tested on tl mics. They are mostly just a spl woofer. Not much sq out of them. Also the u-2 subs were mighty expensive. Paid like over 500 a piece for 1. So if you get get the koves under 200 a piece would do it. Depending on what series though. There lower end is still decent and actully isnt bad on sq. Peace!

No, I think when you saw them they were on sale......the sale has apparently since ended.
