I know they still have the 16v just an issue getting the casing or something is what our vendor was told.Still can get the 12v no problem

ok .... kinetik if there are getting bought it it maybe true i bought a KIPS12-60 and theAddress is Kinetik Power

5352 jackman RD, unit C toledo ohio 43613 and the phone number i got from the manual is 18885528346 if you call that number the answering machine says JL audio..... so they may have been bought out by JL Audio

Nope kinetik was not bought out they moved their offices and warehouses is all that happened. Their number is 888-522-8346 btw.
