Not sure what size to get. Want to replace my stock under the hood and install a second battery in the rear. I will be running a rockford fosgate power t1500 and a rockford fosgate power t400 totaling 2378 RMS. I will also be using 0 and 4 gauge wire along with a knukonceptz KNF60 distribution block. 1400 fits most under hood, had to do some cutting to get 1800 up front in mine. A 1400 and 1800 in rear would do good in my opinion.

Ok. Thanks. For the configuration would I run the 1500 from the front battery or should I run the 400 with the 1500 with its own separate power supply in the rear?

I would run your power run from the front battery to the rear battery and distro both amps from there.

Try to keep the exact same batt size (and age) in order to maximize life of the batts.
