Kinetik 1400 Battery Post Problem

Has anyone had any problem with the screw in battery posts on the Kinetik HC1400 batteries?

My problem is that I currently have KnuKonceptz positive and negative battery terminals connected to my OEM battery. I tried to connect them to my newly purchased Kinetik 1400 and they didn't fit. THe positive terminal was WAY too big and was slipping off of the post even when tightened all the way. Has anyone else had this problem?

If not, what brand of terminal would you recommend I use that would fit over the battery post? I currently have :

1) two runs of 1/0 guage going to the positive terminal (one from alt., one to amps in back......both are crimped with a ring terminal at the end)

2) factory wiring to positive terminal

3) 1 run of 1/0 guage from battery (-) to ground.

So I would need a terminal that could accomodate all of those......and fit the battery post without slipping off.

Sorry for the long thread, but any help would be very much appreciated.

here is my wiring mess on my 2400 (the screw in terminal is the same size, might be a different depth but i doubt it). its a mess but its all hidden

last time i heard of this issue it was done with "used" terminals from a previous install and the teminals were no longer within spec of what they originally were. (basically they bowed out to a larger size when tightened on the other posts). if not contact knu to see if they are within spec.
