Kind of strange voltage drop problem.

I had to have the battery replaced in my car about a month ago and since then I've been noticing some strange things.

With my old battery my voltage according to my SXRC at idle with system off would be about 14.7 volts. With system running full tilt it would drop to roughly 14 volts. I was having some problems starting my car if it was left for more than a couple days, took it in to get battery tested and it failed miserably. Alt checked out ok.

Now new battery with a higher CCA rating than the old one, I'll drop to 11.5v when the bass hits. On top of that I had the car running the other day and I noticed with the system off I was idling at 14.7v, if I turned on just my rear defrost I'd drop a tenth or two. If I turned on just my headlights it would again drop a tenth or two.

Here is where it's strange... If I turned on my lights and my rear defrost I would drop from 14.7 to 12 volts.

Any idea what the hell is going on?

Have you done the BIG 3 bro? what power wire u running what size awg?
I haven't done the 3 yet... wasn't too concerned when I wasn't having voltage problems the year I had this setup in my car. It's just strange that a new battery with better ratings is having more trouble.

I have 1/0 run from front to back, then 4 from a distro block to the amps ( approx. 3-4 feet.
