My amp is having an issues....

It's overheating. its on the side of my box with the air blowing right over it. nothing is touching it or blocking air and I keep my HU at 28-32 and my gains are just under half....... any idea?

your gains are under half? did you set them with a DMM?

also check your grounds. ive had a heating issue with one of my older amps and it turned out to be a ground issue.

yup, set to the proper output. Kris can verify that...

ground is fine.... and its an '06 amp...

Running at too low an ohm load?

it does 2 ohm I believe and its at 4 ohms bridged for my front comp set
