Kicker zx2500.1 or Viper 2500

both put out 2500 @ 2 ohm.... but what is you're opinon...

the amp i choose will be pushing 2 12'' ssd in a ported box.

and i plan on a sec batt.

kicker owns the viper....but the viper can be had for alot less IIRC

Kicker amp is WAYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY better. The viper wont actually put out 2500 at 2 ohm

The ZX is the new one, however the KX will still destroy the Viper

From what i have been told there isnt a dif between the 2

The ZX has a steeper crossover slope at 24db. The kx is at 12db. I'm sure there are a couple more I'm not sure of.

ok i can get a zx2500.1 brand spankin new for 850.oo or used for 510.00

I would buy used. as long as its in good shape, you should have no problems.

I have had my ZX'srun daily at .7 with no problems but at .5 they were a little touchy
