i was wondering how many watts the kicker comp 12 can really handle?the manual says 300 max but ive seen people put alot more to them.

you should always be looking at RMS power when buying subs/amps.

and this sub probably won't take much more than 150-200W RMS.

what is your price range, i really don't think that sub is worth your time.
