WOW, I really think you guys are over reacting. It basically comes down to a ****ed if you do ****ed if you don't scenario. If you do out source people ***** about it… like now, if you don't people will ***** about how expensive it is and you'll go out of business because the customer is always right and when they go to a retail front and they can pick between a $200 American driver and a $100 Chinese driver that performs the same, which are you going to buy? You can't believe fault any car audio company or any other field, as we do our best to take care of you the customer. Believe me, I mean that...I'm 23 years old and there grey hairs on my head. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif
The main question you should ask yourself about any car audio product is....."How does the company stand behind the product?" If the answer is Excellent, then it really doesn't matter where it comes from. In my honest opinion you’re not buying a subwoofer, amplifier, etc you’re buying the people that stand behind and support a product. The good companies that go to all these troubles to support there products will either do two things. (1) - Engineer and Develop an excellent product 99.9999% of the time, that there proud to put there name on, believe it or not, we care about our image and the satisfaction of our customers. Or (2) - 0.0001% of the time a lemon might happen but if it does you make a call and you get a no questions asked RA or RMA //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif
I can honestly say at SBN, Tracy and Kicker were there to take care of business, I'm talking a truck and trailer full of spare just to be sure. Then when power didn't come....they went and bought a generator for the team to charge with....So let me say again.....you never buy just a product......you buy the people that stand behind them on a rainy day!
