Kicker L7 Need Advice ASAP

What's up everyone.

I'm in a bit of a dilemma so I wanted to get it out there.

I currently own two 12" Solo Baric L7's (2ohm) and 1 zx750.1 amp. I do not have a box. I am in the market for a box. My dilemma is whether to just get a single box (found one on ebay, ported tuned at 32hz). Or should I get a dual box for my two subs.

Basically, would it be better to run one L7 with the zx750.1 or two L7 on the zx750.1? Which would put out more db in a good, ported box. Eventually I'm looking to get a zx1500.1, but gotta save up. Just need some bump for now.

id have to say 1. those things usually want 1k per. prolly sound better with 1 and 1 well made box

I have 4 12"L7s @ 4ohms, each with a zx750. I would get a zx1500 for the pair and put them in a ported Probox. Those are tuned at 50, I think. That should get you some bump.

P.S. Check Ubid for refurbed Kicker amps. I got great deals on mine, just buy an extended warranty.

K 1 more thing.

When I bought my amp the paper that came with it said it reached 932 watts in testing. Should I stick with this for my L7? or I have a chance to pick up a JL 500/1 real cheap.

the kicker outputs more then the jl. if you had to go with either stick with the kicker, i had that amp its beastly. i mean i know you dont wanna have to buy a box now and another later. if you absolutely have to have bump asap then get a single ported and use the kicker. if you can wait take his advice and get an amp that does at least 1500 at 2ohms liek the zx1500.

just do 1 L7 in a good ported home-made box tuned to 32 hz on the ZX750.1...

or sell the 750.1, then buy a zx1500.1 and build a box for both L7s at 32hz.
