Kicker DXA 125.2 won’t come out of protection mode

I accidentally touched the 12 volt wire to the metal mounting brackets, it sparked at me and now it won’t come out of protection mode, I’ve unplugged everything and let it sit for solid 20 minutes and I dunno what to do...if y’all could help? That’d be great!

I had a similar problem several years ago and had to replace the amplifier. Check all your wiring again to make sure you don't have a short.

It's probably dead man, sorry. Been there, done that. It happens sometimes, even to the best of us.

When you did that, you probably ran that power wire current through every part of the amp where it's not supposed to go through.
