Kicker CVX sealed?

Anyone ever sealed one of these? Looking for a 12in sealed for a single cab. About 1-1.5cu, i was wondering how good it sounds considering it has a L7 motor. Would i be better off with a DCON? Trying to spend 200max

I got a d4 for 95 plus ship. Does better than the squares in sealed but no real experience. Also its a 2006 Version I like them better, chrome motor with vented pole piece. I think they handle more power. Not sure though, just rumors.

They like big sealed boxes, like closer to 2cu/ft. I ran a cvx10 in 2.8 sealed and it killed the lows but crapped out around 60hz or so.

all the sudden there is no one to hate on kicker subs WHAT??????? where did all the haters go???? any ways i got to cvr 12s in a 4.0 cu box and they sound great i know that my subs aint as big as the cvx but i think they would sound alright in a sealed box oh and my cvr 12s r in a sealed box and in a single cab truck

I used to have a 12" CVX in a 1 cube sealed box, it hit pretty good for what it was, sooo much better in a 2.25 cube ported box though.

do a kicker solo classic, i had a pair of them in 1.2 cu ft sealed and they did very good for what they are.

No i havnt bought anything lol im just spit ballin ideas. Do u think a DCON 12 would get decently loud? My PR1000.1 is 300rms at 4 and underrated so i think theyd match good

Im not really a fan of ported, i want it to sound good. Not just get loud, my ported box now sounds pretty clean but its still not the sound of sealed.

Possibly a DC level 2 also, maybe a level 3. Anyone know what either of thoughs subs run new? looking for a 12
