I am looking around on ebay and i see 4OHM and 2OHm for the same subs, is that possible

Yes, there is a substatial difference...One is two ohm, one is four. I'd get the four ohm subs if you chooce to run two subs because they'll have a combined load of two ohms when wired in parallel, which is usually the lowest an average amp can handle. Lower ohms=more power to the subs.
