If you are looking for new subs OP these are an awesome choice for low tuning..

I do not have a bias and the skar deal with a custom ported box is one of the best out. I said new subs because comps dont get low, they like higher tunings. So getting new subs is the correct advice.

I was also thinking about even re-making a custom box myself!! What other speakers would you recommend? The kickers are almost to big for the box as it is. Is there anything out there that is around the same depth as the comps? Im still going to try wiring them at 2ohms.

We need more info on the box to be able to tell you if its worth keeping or not...

Well around 5" deep cause the comps almost touch the bottom of the box.

Awwww under the seat box huh... Well that's a lost cause pretty much... They shouldnt even sell those boxes for 12's cuz they aren't even close to enough space... You can try a set of 8's or 10's in that box to gain so of the lows back but really unless you are going to build a nice box then your pretty much just stuck with tight and punchy...

Theres 10"s in it now...That's what I'm trying to figure out how to get the lows. Im going to wire them to 2ohms and see if that will help

U could try a custom ported box on a smaller sub. Putting polyfill in the current box may help a little with low notes. The hard part is finding room under the seats for a good custom box sounds like the box is to small for the subs. Id run around 4or 500 @ 2ohm load on those in a custom box

Yeah I didn't even think about polyfill, my box is sealed and it could work, The box I have was custom made for under my seat but I still had to raise my seat for them to fit.

How are they wired now? Running at 2 ohms isn't gunna change the sound at all... Adding poly will help a little but ultimately a small sealed box is just not going to get low... However if our stuck with that box an 8 would get low in that space or a 10 such as the Dayton HO which only needs .7 ported...
