Ive heard these subs are the best for the money? Im thinkinh about tossing two in the back of my expedition with about 250-300w running to each. Does anyone know if that will be enough? Also considering bumping it up to 3 12s but I dont know how much rattle ill get then......

300 watts is more than enough i have 2 12' vr's hooked to a hifonics z6000 amp in a 1998 taurus sho and its real loud and sincing ur gonna put urs in an expedition it will probably be even louder. they wont dissaoppoint you

for the money the sound awsome. but i dont tihnk they are real durable. my friend has 2 12" and he is runnin 300 RMS to them and they have blown already and he has had them only for 2 weeks. o well they were cheap and they sounded real good before they blew.

i installed 2 kicker comp vr 15's with a jbl 1200.1 in a town car it slammed an i also had 4 cubic feet of ported box for each 15 fo rthe cost of the system it really slammed

I want it to bump hard but not to rattle off the back of my truck, do you think 3 is too many if I get like 250w goin to each sub or should I stick with 2 @ 300W? Also, anyone know anything about Lightning Audio amps?

they have been in his car for 6 months its drvin daily an it still sounds liek when i first put them in there the 15" comp vrs are 500w rms an i set the gain correctly so that they get roughly around 1100 or so watts
