how are the kicker comp vr 12's? the newer ones... livin loud series... i found 2 12's n a box for 253.00 deal or no deal?

the subs sound pretty good, a couple of my friends have them, at first i just thought they would be like all other 12's but i was quite impressed when i heard them, they pick up the low notes rly good and will beat a good bit, as far as the price are they new or used? wat kind of box? cause i know that you can get a cvr 12 one ebay "used but guaranteed to work perfectly" for around 50

They are a decent cheap woofer. There are better out there, but for the price is hard to pass.

the treo tsi's are a much better woofer, especially at $100 a sub new. the are much more efficient and have much more output than the cvr. i have a pair of tsi 10"s in my truck as of now, will have my ssi's back in it tomarrow, and they flat beat the hell out of my two cvr 12"s that have been garaged since i found a new budget woofer.

Yeah I guess if you are doing the online thing then yeah you could get them cheaper and build your own box. But if this is at a local stereo shop then I would say that isnt a bad price. 100/speaker and 50 for the box, isnt too bad.

the treos are $100 new from a dealer/shop.
