Kicker comp VR 01C10VR any good?

Hey I have some of these that are in good condition and were in my GF's car when she bought it. They were way underpowered by a pioneer 380w rms walmart amp.

These are the older style kicker comps not the latest.

Is it worth it to build a ported box for them and give them more power? Only 600w for the pair daily or can they take more?

What's a good size ported box for these?

for entry level subs they arent bad I had 2 of the same ones but that amp is garbage man
