in my case i just needed an upgraded battery, the big 3, and 1/0 wiring throughout the vehicle. theres many other amps. orion 2500d, rf t2000, sundown 3000, and i cant think of anymore since i just woke up

not really ud need charging upgrades no matter what anyone says ur gonna need them for better output/full potential and no clipping, sundown amps are nice but not for what they want for a 3000.1

yea i saw they r alot.i really just want to try a kicker amp.but since my alpine type-x r 4ohm i can only go with a sx 1250.1 but i want to give a shot with the 2500.1

Any big amp on a stock electrical = bad idea (if ran hard). It's kind of not possible for a amp to be around 150% efficient.

If you want to play continously a ho alt is pretty much a must. Also going to need atleast a run of 1/0 for power. A nice bat wouldn't hurt also.

If ya wanna look at other amps, you can try and find a HERC XX from somone on here. They are underated amps and are made to run at 1 ohm. I run mine with big three and 2 batteries but I have a stock alt. I get no dimming anymore more but if i run it real hard for comps it tends to drop the voltage a bit, but for daily it works fine

i liek hifonics but kicker i want to try so bad.i figure im goin to look a orion 2500 or memphis amp.they will be pushin 2 alpine type-x.1000 rms a piece would be great.

if you dont want to upgrade electrical go with the xx herc my buddy had one hooked up to my 8 10s at half ohm on just a yellow top and a stock camaro alt and it stayed pretty good for full tilt at half ohm

nice.rite now just not lookin to uprgard anything for the car.i just want somethin that will push about 2000 daily to my subs.would that be possible for everything stock on the car
