How much do you have?

I can sell you this one for 80 dollars shipped to your door. Its in great condition and I used it to power a CVR as well. Got very loud.

You can wire it up 500 watts RMS at 4 ohm

If your not interested in that give me your budget and ill look for you.

if the sub is a dvc 2 ohm, then you can wire it in series which would create a 4 ohm load on the amplifier. or you could wire it in parallel which would create a 1 ohm load.

so your goal is to find an amplifier that will create 500watts at either 1 ohm or 4 ohms.

this is probably about as cheap as you will get brand new:

but what about the other onesim just making sure im lookin for the right thing
Yes it would work

If I were you id try to keep the budget for an amp around 100-150

Do you have speakers yet? if not you can put the rest towards some speakers and maybe a small 2 channel amp as well.

Dude you are looking at amps that are very expensive.. haha.. Buy the guys MA audio amp, he said it will power it good and its not a bad price. If not then look for a 2 channel amp that does around 250 RMS @ 2 ohms per channel such as this one. http://www.crutchfield.com/App/Product/Item/Main.aspx?g=120&i=489HA1000&tp=115

Ive never owned a profile amp but ive heard they are good for the money. That one will power it perfectly. Just hook up each coil to its own channel on the amp.

Ya i would suggest that profile amp in the link that guy sent. Its basically the same amp i sent but it looks better and its a hell of alot cheaper on ebay.

I had two 12" CVRs for my first system, they definitely got the job done. I would think you will be happy with the 15" CVR.
I had one 12 inch for my second system and I was happy with even that. You will be very happy with the 15" CVR at 500-600 watts compared to your old setup at 300.

Time to upgrade now though //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif
